New project: Brackley Town Hall

We're delighted to announce we've been appointed to work in the restoration of Brackley Town Hall. The Town Hall is a Grade II* listed building situated within the Brackley Old Town Conservation Area. The Town Hall, possibly designed by Sir Christopher Wren, was constructed during 1704-1706.

The building hasn't had any substantial maintenance or improvement works since mid 20th century and due to poor condition the running of the building is no longer financially viable. Our brief is to carry out a comprehensive restoration of the Town Hall in order to address the range of physical issues and turn it into an asset that all the community will enjoy. We're working together with conservation architect Rena Pitsilli-Graham to enhance and protect this historic building.
