Palace Road, a private house extension in North London, has been granted planning permission. Our proposal will provide a modernised flexible living arrangement, by extending the ground floor and making a better connection with the private garden and ultimately create a larger and more comfortable family home. The proposal also seeks to increase the energy performance of the property by utilizing better quality materials, appropriate insulation, improved thermally efficient glazing units and natural ventilation.
