We’re delighted to announce that our team have been appointed for the Heritage Lottery Fund Delivery Phase of Brackley Town Hall. The hall is a Grade II* listed building situated within the Brackley Old Town Conservation Area. The Town Hall was constructed during 1704-1706 and has been the subject of numerous subsequent alterations. Our brief is to conserve the fabric of the Town Hall, improve accessibility, insert new uses and improve its long-term financial sustainability.

We're working closely with the client, conservation architect Rena Pitsilli-Graham and economic development and regeneration consultancy Ingham Pinnock Associates to develop the project.
