The new extension at the Lawrence House will provide the family with a modernised flexible living arrangement by extending the ground floor to create a large kitchen/dining space suitable for a young family.

The extension seeks to increase the volume of natural light into the enlarged kitchen/dining space through the addition of a roof light and glazing to the rear of the extension. The increased natural light and better connections with the rear garden will provide a more comfortable family home.
