Brackley Town Hall receives planning permission
17 May 2016
We are delighted to announce that planning permission and listed building consent has been received for the restoration of Brackley Town Hall. The hall is a Grade II* listed building situated within the Brackley Old Town Conservation Area. The Town Hall was constructed during 1704-1706 and has been the subject of numerous subsequent alterations. Our brief is to conserve the fabric of the Town Hall, improve accessibility, insert new uses and improve its long-term financial sustainability.
We're working closely with the client, conservation architect Rena Pitsilli-Graham and economic development and regeneration consultancy Ingham Pinnock Associates to develop the project.
