We fully back the RIBA’s initiative #seemejoinme, coinciding with International Women's Day on 8th March, to celebrate talent and condemn inequality within the construction industry. At Haverstock, we’ve always supported female architects and encouraged them to pursue their career goals. Currently, our architects and architectural assistants are balanced 50/50 in gender and we pride ourselves to have kept this ratio for the last five years. Claire Barton, Partner, explains: “We’re determined to encourage women to progress in their career and we’re equally proud to work with male architects who support this cause. Together, we create a work environment where everyone can thrive regardless of their gender and in fact we embrace everyone’s diversity”.
