Southwark schools receive planning

All schools from our Southwark Expansion Programme batch have now gained planning permission. We have brought together a collaborative team of architects to design six significant primary schools for London Borough of Southwark. We are leading the team formed by ourselves, Cottrell Vermeulen Architecture and Maccreanor Lavington. The design process has created very individual solutions to all the schools but with a clear focus on design quality supported by peer review and collaborative design workshops across the teams and with London Borough of Southwark. The batch of schools our team is working on are: Robert Browning School, The Belham School, Albion School (all three Haverstock), Bellenden School (Cottrell Vermeulen Architecture), Grange School and Charles Dickens School (both Maccreanor Lavington). The schools are currently moving into the construction stage with Morgan Sindall and will be completed in 2017.
