The project sees the complete refurbishment of a ground floor property.
A large open plan living area has been relocated to the rear of the property to benefit from the South facing private garden. The bathroom was relocated and modernised to include a stand alone bath and walk in shower. An additional bedroom has been created and a floor to ceiling storage wall wraps the entrance hall. A simple pallet of robust materials have been used throughout to age gracefully and wear with the everyday demands of a young family. The internal oak parquet flooring pattern is continued onto the garden deck to give a sense of connectivity and space.
