London Private House
Eternit International Prize for Architecture
The structure is composed of three major geometrical elements: a cube, a wall plane, and a roof plane. This geometrical basis is not arbitrary but reflects the positioning of the rooms within its walls.
The cube element houses the kitchen and living room, the latter of which opens directly onto the garden and overlooks the corner of the dining room.
The dining and living areas are linked by a small double-height space just inside the entrance.
