Net Zero Schools
Haverstock are currently on-site with two of the first Net Zero in Operation Schools designed and constructed under the Department for Education’s sustainability strategy in TAS21 Output Specification.
King Edmund School will act as a new benchmark for the DfE’s Net Zero Educational Sites, with a fabric-first approach, solar PV panels, air source heat pumps and a green roof moving the school towards a net zero future.
Endeavour Academy, a SEND school, blends similar climate-conscious design with accessibility, promoting energy efficiency, independent learning, and outdoor learning opportunities as outlined in the DfE’s strategy.
Aligned with our own sustainability and inclusion values, these schools showcase innovative design in inspiring educational environments.
