What an honour to be selected amongst such fantastic buildings – the new build Guildford Crematorium has received a RIBA National Award! We are so proud of this project and the team behind it.

The project was also awarded a RIBA South East Award and a RIBA South East Building of the Year Award, 2022.

The new-build crematorium provides a chapel for 135 people seated and 50 standing space with floral tribute to replace the existing building which was at the end of its natural life. The project involved creating a suitable replacement which responds to modern funeral, memorial and mechanical practices.
